"Would never go back to this car wash, my husband took his el camino there today because his car wash classic touch was closed because of the weather so he thought he would try this place . They want to charge him 15$ extra to dry the rims on the inside and 15$ to amoral the lid, total 65$ then my husbandsays hen he says that's to much the guy says ok 45$ today. Classic touch charges 35$. WILL NEVER GO BACK"

"I recently visited a car wash place and unfortunately, my car was damaged during the wash. The badge emblem in the back was ripped off. However, Jorge G., the manager, was able to offer a solution to make it right. He was very professional and offered to provide a waxing service in addition to asking me to send them the invoice for the repair of the emblem. I appreciated his willingness to make things right and his professionalism. Other than the unfortunate incident, the service was great and so was the work. I enjoyed the crew and would honestly go back and give the business another chance. Thank you, Jorge G., for your help and professionalism."

"I hadn't been to this location in a while and figured since it was under new ownership I'd give it a second chance. That was definitely my mistake. Should of never done so. I wasted $40 on my supposedly carwash. There was an oily stain on my door that wasn't wiped off. My cup holder was just wiped off or I should say partially and my back seat was left like this. At this point when I saw it I wanted nothing more to do with this place and just wanted to leave. New ownership or not you guys did a very poor job. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning in the future. Did I mention I didn't even get my air freshener?"

"Update: I got a response in a short period of time. It was within an hour. I came back to give the carwash a 2nd chance after being contacted by a manager. After seeing the manager I got treated with respect, and proffesionalism. The manager made me feel that he values the customer and showed that he is customer service oriented. All in all, I would be coming back. Thank you for making me feel welcome. In addition, my car came out super clean making it look as it did Day 1 when I purchased my car up from the dealership. I would most definitely be coming back. ********************************************* I came in to get a carwash. Greeter was not friendly (tall guy with bleached hair slicked back) kept talking to me from behind and wanted me to stay in my car to pull forward but here is the issue they have the wash backed up and the car in front of me was being vacuumed. Every carwash I go to asks me what wash and asks for my keys and takes it from there. With this type of service I didn't feel comfortable getting my car wash and backed out and went to Norco Hills carwash where I felt was more welcoming. I would take the extra time of going else where as All Star Carwash didn't make me feel comfortable leaving my car."
