Thanks to the help, patience, and many hours of research and calls from the team, they were able to find a pair and ship them to the nearest store to me. Apart from making their customers feel valued, Stevie and the staff make shopping here such a pleasure!"

"I called Journey to check inventory on a pair of Dr. Martens. First... the open time online for Sunday was 10:00 but it showed still closed and no answer from what was supposed to be a place of business. Finally got an answer around 11:45 at Journey from Eddie... I mentioned I wanted to check availability of an item and the guy hangs up. I tried calling back with no answer. WHO DOES THAT?? I ended up going to the store to see if they had the shoes only because I wanted these for my grand daughter and I was told by another store they had a big selection in inventory. Chances are they did. Made the purchase which was pleasant. This place needs to educate their employees in customer service. Eddie if he is the manager... SAD!! ANSWER THE PHONE, LET THE CALLING PARTY KNOW YOURE BUSY AND TO CALL BACK LATER...SIMPLE.. NO BRAINER FOR SOME PEOPLE. Only giving 3 stars because they had the shoes. :)"
