"I went into Van's to buy a gift for someone, it was early afternoon and the store was empty. The staff didn't once ask if I needed help and like other reviews have said, I felt like they were too bothered and annoyed. I was in the store for quite a while too and the only service (if that) was when I asked for a size. BUT, to top it off, NONE of the shoes I asked for (probably asked for 5 or 6 different ones) were in the size I wanted. You'd think that the staff would have offered a solution or alternative? You would think they would act like they wanted me to buy something? At least point me to their website right?? Nope. So I ended up leaving, having bought nothing with such a bad taste in my mouth. Never going back. I'm not asking for star quality service, but just common basic service. You can find so much better at other stores."
