"I went to Sergio to fix my car and he he painted it a different color twice, he could not fix it completely and he always left me waiting, he left me without a car for 2 full weeks and when I went to claim it he told me that the parts had not arrived, since December 2022 he had me like this, at In order not to continue fighting with him, I decided to leave the car in another color because he could not get the correct paint, he could not get the complete parts either and I had to buy them, I definitely do not recommend it, do not waste your money and time with him"

"Airbag light, told to change all modules. TPMS light, told change all sensor. (Didn’t fix it) also wasn’t communicating after clearing codes multiple times. He only reads codes won’t look into it. Busy to fix or look into anything but quick to charge, stick around more ppl go thru the same thing."

"Unfortunately, I started having issues with my BMW X3 misfiring and needed a mechanic close to home. I saw all of the positive reviews and decided to take my business here. I met Sergio and he diagnosed my vehicle stating it needed new spark plugs and coil packs. I purchased the coil packs and sparks and had him install them. To my surprise, after he “repaired” my vehicle with his diagnostic my vehicle was still misfiring and still charged me $175.00. After that, he did a second diagnostic and stated “Two of your injectors are not good and your oxygen sensor needs to be replaced”. I proceeded with purchasing the fuel injectors and the oxygen sensor and funny enough my car was still misfiring. He still proceeded with charging me “250” for another failed diagnostic. After that he started saying my engine was not good. He proceeded with stating that BMW X3 engines were not good, not powerful, and that’s the reason why these engines require a turbo. He proceeded with doing an inexperienced compression check of my engine and of course it resulted in a botched result. Sergio had my vehicle more than four days in which he didn’t fix anything. I took my vehicle else where because I knew this mechanic did not know what he was doing. I took my vehicle to another mechanic, had them perform a diagnostic and they were able to fix my car in less than a day.NEVER will I bring another vehicle to this incompetent mechanic. I don’t understand how he claims to be an experienced and certified mechanic. If you want to get scammed, Sergio is your man"
