"Purchased 4 used tires from these guys and were promised that they had all been checked for leaks as we noticed a couple had repairs. Trusted them on that and by the time we drove the 30 miles home, one of the tires was flat (18psi). Had to go get a set of new tires, which honestly we should have just done from the get go. Reached out to Jimenez and with full understanding that they were used tires, just asked them to take back the other 3 “good” tires for just some kind of compensation since they were all useless to us. Guys didn’t even reply or take my call. Even just picking up the phone or replying to me would have been fine. But choosing to ignore customers is probably the worst way to conduct customer service."

"Good service, and cheap tires. They have a piece of selection of used and new tires. It's a little family-owned business that can only handle two cars at a time. That's my only issue. Besides that they're quick efficient and they'll give you great deals on new or used tires and an even better deal if you pay cash!"
