"It is the worst store in Aldo, I bought some tennis shoes, but when I saw them online they were cheaper, I went to return them in the same store where I bought them, the very arrogant staff did not want to make my return It is worth mentioning that everything was in good condition.The staff should take some classes in customer service and human relations. I give them one star because I can't publish unless I have one, but they don't even deserve that one."

"I decided to go to this location to make a return so I didn’t have to drive to topanga location. Waited for them to open just for the girl that opened the store say they didn’t take my return because it’s part of a collection they don’t carry. I accepted it and left without complaining. I called Aldo customer service line to find out they could have accepted my returns and my shipping label also stated that this store was closest to me for returns. Thanks for not letting make a return for whatever reason you didn’t want to do it and instead lied about it."

"They don’t even deserve 1 star. 0 star for that store. Worse experience ever!! They kept sending me the wrong order and to the wrong address. I had to call customer service twice and be on hold for hours and go back and forth to store. Will definitely not order from the store specifically by Hazron ever again!"
