I was super bummed when the accident happened, and I am very picky with the mechanics and shops I use for servicing my vehicle so when I met Lance and I could tell this shop was a solid 10/10, it put my worries at ease and I could tell I was going to be in good hands. Even when my insurance company was giving them a hard time, Lance and Karina still tried their best to make this a great experience for me and returned my vehicle in stellar shape.
