"I had been looking for a new service dealership and tried others in the area. Well, I get to end my search, because Alexander Hyundai was the best!! The advisor was great, I got text message updates. I was shown pictures of or physically held the failed parts that were replaced. The lounge was spacious clean and had snacks, drinks, and coffee. They have a live feed of the service bay if you'd like to watch. My interaction with the advisor was informative. Felt like he was someone who actually desired to help, not just a sales man selling service."
"This is a truly nigtmare. I took the car to the dealership back in august due to a check engine light. I was charge $1,900 to fix the transmission, then the technician concluded that I needed to replace my transmission and I was charged another $5,000 to replace the transmission and other components. They also had to replace the battery (covered by the guarantee), and the car had a recall. They spent at least 3 months to repair the car between inspections, recall, transmission and battery replacement. I talked to the manager and he gave me a better rate due to all the isues and delays. However, when I finally get my car back, I found it in terrible shape. Trunk was FLOODED, windshield was leaking water and the driver seatbelt was covered in mold. Manager completely denied responsibility for these issues and I couldn’t be more disappointed and disgusted with the outcome."
