"I’m not one to leave reviews very often But I am wildly impressed with the ongoing service I received from Gold Coast Cab. They are the only car service I use when I need to go to the airport - because I know they will pick me up not only on time, but we’ll go as far as to knock on my door just in case I overslept. My most recent trip with Rick was far more enjoyable than a car ride should be. He was kind, funny and really great to chat with. It’s strange to say it, but I felt like a family member had just taken me to the airport - which is comforting in a world that feels so disconnected sometimes. Thank you!"

"Not sure why the discrepancy. The first time I was charged $10 to go less than a mile, the next time it was $15 for the same trip in reverse. They do have a $10 minimum which seems fair with gas prices. With tip I paid $20 the second time which seems a little high to go a few blocks. I may use them again and see how it goes. Otherwise, they arrived quickly both times and I’m happy to support small businesses and local Taxi service"

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. Absolute worst cab company I’ve ever dealt with. Bad service and bad vibes. They will tell you that they will be there in 5-10 minutes, then show up 45 minutes after. If you keep calling to check their eta he yells at you. The car was smelly and old. The guy who I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude. Awful customer service. In nutshell, bad customer experience, everything was rude and unprofessional and I won't be recommending them. Freaking awful."
