"I recently got into an accident and had to repair the rear end of my car at Fix Auto San Jose. The body shop did a great job repainting my car, and the staff members were very professional and friendly. However, I noticed that there was a gaping hole in the back of the driver's seat when I was picking up the vehicle. The staff and I were looking over the pictures that were taken prior to the repair, but we couldn't find a good picture of the left side of the back seat. They tried to glue or fix the issue, but the scar is still very visible, and you can def feel it. They said they would ask their owner and follow up with me. However, I never received a call back on the matter. Moreover, there was this black rectangular shaped residue on the back seat. I do not know if it was the cleaning crew or another team that left the mark. They clearly did not do job cleaning the car, and I'm not happy with the result. 5/5 - Repair and bodywork on the vehicle 1/5 - Clean up and damage on the car"
