"They're unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for wheel alignment and they said "you're all set for tomorrow, Monday at 1:00pm". I showed up 10 minutes early and he said everyone is at lunch, maybe try next door. I went nextdoor and they said that the person who does alignment will be in on Saturday. I went back to JB's and then he said to come back Tuesday anytime. But he never left the shop floor, never entered anything in the computer, never made an appointment."

"Went there to get AC fixed was told by George that I needed to switch out compressor to R134A and do retro--fit then charge AC. I was quoted $580.00 prepaid it picked up car 3 hours later AC worked that day. Next day no AC I went back George said "you didnt tell me check for leaks" wasnt aware I had to. I want working AC for longer than a day, leak check should be automatic I'd think. Also my invoice total was $420 I paid $580,00 like quoted when I brought that up he said he made mistake but didnt offer the difference back. Invoice said $240 compressor and $180 labor that equals $420 not $580. I still have no A/C and will be suing this place. I transport elderly and cant even work without AC. Never again"

"On 6/3, we took our car to this shop for simple service: an oil change, a power steering fluid flush and brakes. Hours after picking the car up, our $9k BMW burst into flames in front of our home while my husband was inside of it, threatening both life and property. Luckily, my husband was able to get out of the car before the flames grew bigger...and oh, did they grow bigger! The fire department was called and had to saw the hood of the car off to get to the heart of the fire while the entire neighborhood watched in terror. It was a horrifying experience to say the least and we are very lucky that no one was hurt and property was not damaged. When we went to the shop the next day to confront Jorge about the incident, he said his work could not have caused this - we know that it absolutely CAN and DID as we had the car inspected by another mechanic and it was determined that the cause was due to negligent work by the shop. He said he has no money and NO INSURANCE and basically told us to sue him, which we have every intention of doing. He never even apologized or expressed any compassion for the fact that our family's lives were at risk. I have dramatic video recordings of the fire and the conversation that took place with Jorge, during which he was callous, cold and admitted to operating without insurance. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO POSSIBLY DIE AFTER YOUR SERVICE! They have NO insurance, NO compassion and will screw you over!! We look forward to seeing the owner of the shop in court!"
