Once I got there and they filled out some paperwork then asked for the key I asked to make sure it was the $80 quoted over the phone. I was told it would be about $86. Then the owner said they only pay their guy $20 to do a oil change and the actual cost is $90. I don't do business with people that use bait and switch."
