"This is the shop recommended to us by our insurance company to repair a "fender bender" 1-2mph bump to the right rear bumper/car panel. Small panel and bumper were replaced for $1700. Labor was around $950 for 2 1/2 hours work as listed on invoice. Hence there were high parts markups and apparently about $350/hr labor charge, which seemed egregious. Work quality and service was ok."
