"A+ 5/5 stars. We used them for valet at our backyard wedding in Oakland that ended at a second nearby venue for the reception. Additionally we asked for an hour of traffic control help. They aced the assignment. And also importantly, were responsive and willing to work with us during the planning phase. When you have several vendors, it's always a pleasure to work with a professional vendor that asks the right questions and delivers with minimal management. Highly recommend!"

"Update 8/18/22: Sasha has been responding very quickly and has been accommodating in helping us with adjustments to parking. I think it means a lot when a business takes feedback and follows through to make improvements. I have no qualms with working with Westpark Valet at this point. ---- Update 5/23/22: Sasha reached out to me afterwards to apologize for not responding. Since then, the company has been helpful in working with me to provide valet services. I appreciate their effort in trying to make things right and hope that this continues with a good experience for our event in a few months. I'll update again then. ---- 1/5 rating initially: Honestly, with the communication that this place has, I'd be hesitant to hire them for any events. I originally reached out via phone and left a voicemail after a few calls were not picked up; Sasha called me back several days later, and I thought things would be fine from there. He sent me an email with a proposed contract for parking and said to let him know if I have any questions. After following up with a question, he stopped responding to emails, even after I tried prodding a few times afterwards over the course of a few weeks. It's two months later now and still nothing. Very unprofessional company. You wouldn't want to hire a company that's going to be unresponsive for your events."

"We used Westpark Express for our wedding last weekend. The crew showed up early and was set up with their podium, umbrella, and valet cones before their start time. The attendants wore face masks and placed steering wheel and seat covers on every car before driving them. Afterwords, they changed their gloves with each car and then sanitized their hands. We were really impressed. We received several compliments from our guests about how COVID-safe, friendly, and professional the staff was. The crew was a well oiled machine. They required zero direction and oversight the entire evening. The cost was reasonable, and arrangements prior to the event went smoothly as well. Thanks Westpark Express!!"

"Avoid like the plague. We parked in a lot and were told it was $5 per hour. When we got back after 2 hours the price had risen to $12 per hour. This was on the signs that we had driven past but didn't see. So why did the valet guy tell us $5 per hour? I've no idea. I'm convinced he's trying to scam the company and pocket some of the cash himself? We went to the police as we thought this was a scam. And to top it all, when questioned about why he had told us a different rate to the advertised one he told me that I could photograph his private parts if I wanted. Charming fellow. Avoid the hassle and park for $1.50 per hour on the seafront instead much cheaper and no scam. Plenty of spaces when we were there"
