"Terrible. Dishonest charge for work they didn’t perform. Refusing to provide the old parts they supposedly replaced, and refusing a cost breakdown as Mike, the very unprofessional owner did, is illegal. They did not not have our permission to continue work and did not call on the status, but charged us 2400 . They did not perform the repairs they billed for and did not fix the car. It still shakes, vibrates, idles rough, the same as before we took it there and they kept it 8 days to change spark plugs, which they did not do. Mike the manager and Mike the owner are dishonest scammers. Highly unethical and incompetent shop. Mike the owner hide our car demanding cash for work we did not authorize. The worst . STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS."

"Even though I paid $1,400 for a smog test and repair, only for them to determine that my Merc was a junker, worth maybe $300 for parts, it wasn't their fault. They couldn't see the really serious problem until they took the engine apart. They did the work, and I needed to pay them, despite the awful results ("Your car is dead."). Mike was very sympathetic. He gave me a good discount off the quoted price, when he really didn't need to. So I highly recommend them. Very straightforward and fair."
