"First of all, sitting on hold, multiple times for over 5 minutes and then getting hung up on each time starts the experience off well. Then they won't even tell you if they will honor the Honda coupon sent out and give you an attitude for asking if they will honor it. They want me to schedule an appt, come in and they will decide if they can honor it. Hard pass for me. I don't get my car serviced by stealerships in the first place. I just need a key cut and programmed which they charge over an hour labor for. It takes them minutes to plug into their scan tool, so they would be making plenty of profit even after the coupon. I would not recommend this location for buying and trade in nor service. I'll happily drive further to receive friendlier, better service."

"New to the area so first time there. Just wanted a maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) which is drop in only so there was a wait but that was explained to me over the phone. Time estimate was perfect and employees were cheerful and helpful. Would like to support small businesses but Honda service is hard to beat."
