"My truck was throwing a fuel rail pressure sensor code. I took it to them, they kept it Two weeks and said the problem was fixed. They charge me a thousand dollars I picked my truck up and there was grease all over my leather seats the floor mats door handles etc. There was a strap In the bed of the truck covered with grease, so apparently they were using my truck to haul stuff around while they had it. Within two hundred miles it threw the same code. I took it back and this time they kept it for 3 weeks. Finally after calling them several times they told me my truck was ready. They never gave me anything in writing stating what they repaired. This time, there was a random hose clamp in the bed of the truck, which was a little disconcerting. Again within a couple hundred miles it through the same code. I ended up taking it to some place else with a mechanic. I dropped it off to the shop at 5 PM when they were closing. I got a call the next morning by 8:30 They had diagnosed the problem within 45 minutes. I had my truck back that afternoon. They were able to give me in writing what the problem was. Since then, I picked my truck up. Ran it down to LA and back put over 1k miles with no reoccurring codes. I would not recommend this shop and I would question. The certification of their technicians."
"Can't believe that dudes kids a Junky! You can totally tell he does crystal now that that guy mentioned it! Don't use this guy's! They just leave your vehicle outside with 40 others so people can get free parts! Worst shop in town!"
"Amazing guys at Mckenzie. Had a Banks Performance intake horn with grid heater plate delete installed. Work was spot on, pricing for labor was more than fair. I will be taking my truck back for my next scheduled service very soon."
"I had took my truck there for loss of power . Told me it needed a new exhaust system and turbo pipe to exhaust they charged 2400 and gave it back but problem was still there My 6.0 couldn’t pull a 1000lbs grinder up a small grade. He called said it was fixed and it had power I drove off and nothing it was the same and he told me well it was good when I parked it. Ok what ever I moved on mad and gave a good review because it was quick and they seemed like cool people I sent my buddy there They said they fix his truck and kept it two weeks It’s leaking gas They said they fixed it come get it My buddy got home and radiator tube for over flow was broken clean off and owner trying to play like it was done befor he had got the truck So broke my buddy radiator and still leaking fuel a lot. These people communicate not very good and won’t fix your truck beware of Todd This the reason why I don’t refer anyone Tuff lesson to Learn ."
"They had a van that I purchased for over 30 days. When I got the van back, they claimed to have fixed all kinds of issues, yet they never showed any receipt of purchased parts or used parts removed. Additionally, they have terrible customer service. Their ability to communicate with customers is the definitive definition of bellow subpar. Zero accountability for claiming they drove my van all over to make sure they fixed it for days. I pick up the van on a Friday at about 530. I drove it 27 miles, and it literally broke down for the same issues I brought it in for over a month ago. In addition, somehow, they managed to actually make the vehicle worse. I was driving a ticking time bomb. They didn't ever check under the vehicle that was pouring fuel onto my exhaust. And could have flashed at any point. I'm fearful of the risk of other potential customers going to this shop. As there could be serious problems. Please be careful getting repairs done here. I recommend finding another spot. I will never again set foot near the repair shop. If I could give them a 0 star review that is doing too much for them."
