"CAVEAT EMPTOR! My issue is similar to that of Alex F. I purchased an MFD from this seller on EBAY. I accepted T.J.'s counteroffer of $175 + $25 shipping. When I finally got the invoice after a couple of days to pay for the product, the shipping was jacked up to $35. T.J. ignored my emails and eBay's email to correct the shipping charge. I refused to pay. He filed a non-payment claim on me with eBay. I bought another unit at $250 with no additional charges. I do not like to be taken advantage of. I also think that T.J. is being short sighted because his reneging on the eBay agreement may cost him more than the $10 that he was trying to get out of me."

"They will screwed you up if they can ! they sell parts over EBAY with not shipping price so when you go to check out the shipping price is extra, at that point I refuse to buy the item and I ask politely to this clowns to cancel the transaction because I am not willing to pay the extra shipping, their answer is, it will cancel automatically, and yes it does but I count on my account end that I had an unpaid item when they just could cancel the purchase on their end, but they are to lazy to do that. I asked them several times to cancel the purchase with no success. I will never do business with this kind of people again, this company gives a bad look to EBAY buyers... they make a mistake and they don't even care to fix it... like any other company, they don't care."

"This company is reliable, accountable, efficient and has awesome customer service. I emailed them about a mirror for my 4 Runner, they responded immediately and gave their phone contact. I then contacted them about sending the product all the way to Hawaii. They were happy to send it here. While on the phone with them they got my mailing address and put it in the mail that day. I got it 3 days later in Hawaii (4 days after my original email). WOW! I asked them if I could give them extra money for the great customer service but they would not accept it. They just asked if I could write a review on Google. Here it is. Fantastic company!"
