"Bought tires online. I called to check if my tires had arrived 5 days after purchasing them, and i was told they were available and made an appointment to come in, and waited over 20 min to speak to some one then they tell me that the tires had not arrived and had to come back and make another appointment. 3 days later I get another notification by email that the tires have arrived so I called and made a second appointment, I called 1 hour before my appointment to confirm and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, and there is only one guy working the counter. And still waited over 25 min to be helped at the counter. COSTCO YOU NEED TO FIX THIS"

"Appt times are not respected. What was supposed to be an hour long appt turned into 3 1/2 hrs just to patch tire. Walk-ins were leaving before my appointment. Used to love the service"

"Costco tire shop in Carlsbad Ca. replaced my original Toyota tpms after buying new tires from them and now my tpms indicator lights up and does not show my tire pressure. I've replaced my tires once before at another tire shop and never had any problems with my tpms."

"Went there this morning to get my tires rotated, they called me to say they couldn't do it because they didn't have the tool size 18 to remove the lug nuts caps and said my lug nuts were a hazard so I went to pick up the car, they called a second time to say they could rotate the tires if I bought new lug nuts, I said I would just take it to a different tire shop. Took it to discount tires and they were able to do it all. Costco employees did not tell me they broke 2 of my lug nuts when I picked up the car. Horrible experience. Don't buy your new tires there."

"So I always use Costco for my tire service because they typically have amazing service. Today I show up at 7pm and I am told there is no wait. But they will not rotate my tires since it is after 6pm and will only do repair. I have never heard that before but he insisted. So since i just put my full spare on, I asI asked if they could put air in my tires. He responded with " Across the street you can use self service for tire inflation." WTHeck??! If I wanted to fill my own tires why the heck would I pay to have Costco tire service?? I mentioned to him that I didnt think I should have to put air in my tires. He told me to move my car to the tire parking area and wait. After waiting outside the area where I then took a pic and had time to do the review I was over it. My tire light is on and they will not help me. I never thought COSTCO would have terrible customer service."
