"Everything was great. I received a video from the service tech showing what he found. The advisor, Mike was very good as well. The only issue was paying my bill. I received a link on my phone to view and pay the invoice. I went through the process, putting my credit card info in. All seemed to go OK. But when I got home, I had a message from Mike saying it didn't go through. Checked my credit card online and sure enough it didn't post. I had an email from Mike with a link to pay online. I followed that link and got an error message. I was finally able to get it to work Monday morning (the service was the previous Friday). Good service, poor billing Apps."

"This review is specifically for the lube techs at Lexus of San Diego. I’ve been taking my GX470 here for oil changes for the better part of 2 years and the last 2-3 visits my skid plate has not been fully installed when i picked up the car, practically hanging off and or the front trim of it was. It doesn’t take a genius by any means as far as doing the oil changes on these GX470’s. 3 fasteners hold the trim to front skid plate, skid plate is held on by 4 bolts, 7 in all. Guess what I get for $180 oil changes here? 2 stripped off bolt heads from the lube tech gunning them on and 3 different fasteners for every one of the individual securing points as well as all the body bolts being stripped of their threads, you can even see in one of the pictures instead of extracting the striped bolt they just drilled a pilot hole through the trim piece and skid plate and used a PHILLIPS HEAD screw! I can tell you from my last oil change, all these issues weren’t there, I regularly inspect and clean the underside of my GX470. If you refuse to fix issues with provided tools and parts supplied by the dealership and send my vehicle out as “Complete and Ready” from service like this then I can’t see why anyone should bring their car in for work, especially cars that require more steps. I’ve taken the liberty of doing all future oil changes myself and fixing all these issues despite not being able to keep the dealership maintenance record for my GX470 going like I intended."
