"We called this business for repair of our AC unit on our work truck.After the work was completed the AC still was not cold, called the company technician he admitted that when he tested the unit it never got below 69 degrees. He stated that he needed to order parts but due to the Pandemic it was hard to get anyone on the phone to order, but he assured me he would and would call me within the week. I immediately called Hawthorne and a live person picked up the phone and confirmed that they had the parts. I waited for RC truck service to call me back and he NEVER did. We then had to take our truck to another AC repair shop and they confirmed that the Refrigerant was over filled. Needless to say this cost us $1000!! in total.Rip off don't use this company"
