All 4 service members worked symbioticly while communicating what and when each other was done with their tasks. Incredibly effective and efficient check and balance system... Great job to all you guys who worked on my 2004 Yukon XL. I paid $127.00 dollars for 5 quarts of full synthetic 5W30 Penzoil. Tire pressure checked,windshield wiper fluid filled, and Tamper Seal applied to drain plug. I normally do my own maintenance, but I just couldn't fit this into my hectic schedule this time. Again, great job to all the guys at Jiffy Lube at 1213 E Vista Way in Vista, California. !!! ■■■■■■■■■U P D A T E■■■■■■■■■■ JANUARY 29 2024 After leaving, I found a $25 dollar off coupon for getting the up to 5 quarts of full synthetic service, the service I purchased. It clearly states the coupon must be presented before service begins. Regardless, THEY DIDNT HESITATE TO REFUND $25 DOLLARS TO MY CREDIT CARD !! Just the peace of mind and how I was treated throughout my whole experience was worth way more than the $103 dollars I paid....6 stars!! ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I wish Google would give us the option to add "A Star""

"Service was fine and they did a decent job but I was very upset with the fact that they test drove my car without asking nor telling me they would. I understand why they needed to do it and would have had no problem with it but i feel it would have been more respectful and courteous to at least say “hey we wanted to let you know before we did it that we’re going to test drive your car around the parking lot to make sure we fixed everything”. Instead, I looked out the window and saw someone revving my engine and driving away."
