"I dropped off my car after an accident and Mario made a verbal agreement that he would not charge me storage fees if my car was totaled. The car ended up being totaled and he charged me almost $2000 for storage after he said he wouldn’t. I had to get the car back to sell it for scrap because the insurance didn’t pay for it, and on top of losing my car, I got scammed by this place. When I tried to pick up the car Mario got in my personal space, yelling that he was going to “teach me a lesson” because I showed up without an appointment to pick up my own car. All he was doing was forcing me to come back the next day so he could charge me another $80 for one more day of storage. It was the most stressful experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life."

"I had banged up the driver's side mirror pretty bad (hit a cement pole in the parking garage) and had a dent in the front bumper that I had been meaning to get fixed for a while. Brought my Volvo SUV in for Mario to look over quickly. He contacted me within a few days via text with the estimate to fix the mirror and front bumper (he needed to contact Volvo first for parts). I decided to add in detailing and waxing. I picked up my Volvo in a few days and it was BEAUTIFUL. It looked like I had just bought it off the lot. I have high expectations and I like things done well and efficiently, and that's exactly what I got. If you're looking for mushy gushy customer service from Mario - you won't get that. He moves quick, straight to the point, get in and get out. But I promise, the end product is worth it - top notch quality work. And the price was reasonable. Thank you to Mario and his team members for making my Volvo look brand new again!"

"They brought life to my old Volvo. The paint was dull, the carpets were stained and the headlights were yellow. I got the executive detail package and added the headlight cleaning and they made my old car look great. I wish I had some before photos to show the difference."

"Mario the owner is rude, argumentative and unethical. We received a bid from Mario himself to fix our sons truck. Their bid was not the lowest but we chose them as the shop seemed reputable. We scheduled an appointment for 10 am Monday. Upon arrival they expressed concern that the quote given was not enough to cover the damage. We stopped and asked them for a formal written estimate of the repairs. We left the truck there assuming the quote would be acceptable. We did not receive the quote that day. We had to call a couple times in order to get the quote emailed. It finally arrived on Tuesday am. The new quote for the repair was increased significantly making their price 30% higher than the low bid. When we called to pick up our truck so we could take it to the other we were told by Mario that we owed $155 for storage and fees that we did not agree to. He told us the truck would not be released until we paid the fees in cash or cashiers check. We did not agree to the charges at any time in writing or verbally. The practice of escalating the bid and holding our vehicle hostage as a result is very poor customer service. I would not recommend use of this business for any services."

"Been using Ap for years and love it.. My Car is always clean & shiny. The price for a hand wash is really good. I have also used them for body work and they do a great job with that also."
