"Terrible, yelling and rude behavior of "store manager(s)". 1st advent Sunday, 4pm, ALL fitting room closed (1at and 2nd floor). We wanted to try jeans and it wasn't possible, I asked why?!? We wanted to complain to the manager and their rude response was "call to our customer care, we're short staff." I told them, that no revenue will come because of this behaviour and the "store manager" reply to me, that she doesn't care, she is paid on hourly base. Unbeliavable!!!"

The staff were professional and quite lovely to interact with. So I also ended up buying a Prada bag for myself because the store was so clean and professional, which I really appreciated.
