I wanted to see if I could exchange or get store credit for a dress my husband bought for me for mothers day which did fit me and unfortunately had misplaced the receipt. But the manager did even let me explain, she cut me off with a very dry attitude, saying we don't do that. My review its not based on the fact that I got a no for an answer but the way the manager approached me. ...plus I shop at this store all the time."

"The store has cute clothes, mainly for teens and women-a trendy store. The store had so many racks I couldn't get by without hitting something or bump into someone. Their prices are far too high for an outlet store. Staff were friendly and offered help if needed. This Lucky Brand is like any other in a mall, but has a small space."
