"Cali headwear shipped out my order. FedEx did not deliver that package and now customer service wants me to pay for another order again. Their customer service even expressed their own frustrations with FedEx for losing MANY orders that they have shipped out. Maybe it’s time to switch to UPS. Terrible service experience with Carey or Kerry or whoever that was. Supposedly she is the ONLY one that can process any issues with online orders."
