"After getting an email notifying me of an item that has been restocked, I received the item I ordered but in a different color. I have emailed them twice for an exchange, attached with photos of the invoice and wrong colored item; no response from customer service."

"I ordered a T Shirt and a Hat online and we are now at 16 days since that date. I have emailed 5 times and only received one correspondence from them "Hello, Thanks for reaching out. The company has been under some rebuilding for the last few months or so. Part of that rebuilding is that we have moved all of our inventory from one fulfillment center to another. The online team should have your order shipped first thing next week. We hope you understand! Regards, Ruben" My email before that expressed that I needed these products for a trip I am taking and if they would not make it out I would like to cancel the order. We are now at the end of the week, of the week they claimed they would ship the product out at the beginning of. I was left with no option but to file a dispute with my credit card since I cant even get anyone on the phone or to respond to my emails. This is a shame because I have been buying Diamond products for about 10 years now - after this experience I do not plan on ever ordering again. Not sure what is going on but they have seemed to have lost a grip on Customer Service."

"I went to the shop today to get my son something he especially wanted for his birthday, and got an Enormous amount of help from reggie and another gentleman (sorry, I'm really horrible with names ). They spent time not only helping me find what I was looking for, and even showing me new items that weren't on display yet..but also explaining things about the complete deck I purchased for my boy and how to keep him rolling right! They went Way above and beyond to make sure his birthday is Epic!! Thanks guys! I will Definitely be back!"

"My review is for the online customer service only/company. I purchase 3 pairs of sunglasses within a few weeks of each other. Two of them were the recycled skateboard wooden glasses. My boyfriend loved mine so much that we decided to buy him a pair a week after mine arrived. Within 3 weeks of wearing mine the wood split on the side of the lens. I kept these glasses in the case, which wasn't the best fit to begin with, and in perfect condition. I wrote to the Company to find out the exchange policy and included multiple pictures showing that this was clear product malfunction. There wasn't even a smudge on the lens since I had barely worn the glasses. The response I got back was "The Recycled Skate sunglasses are considered wearable art which should be treated with supreme caution." And that I was pretty much out of luck. Nowhere does it say that these glasses are wearable art that I have found, and in my situation where I have purchased two pairs of $160 glasses and the other pair $110, I am shocked this is how they treat their customers. I have spent countless amounts of money on this brand in the past and now will never buy another product from them. I loved these glasses and literally just wanted them replaced. As for the 3rd pair of glasses, that were $110, I noticed that the frame didn't fit the lens and it can't be popped in at all, so that pair has a space in the frame where sun and air comes through, and isn't being worn either. If they can't stand behind their products then that says more about them than I ever could."
