"Giving 5 stars and my car didn’t even get serviced! I needed a last min smog and Dan told me I could come in a little early before they opened to help get me on the road faster. When I arrived the next morning, the technician had an emergency and had to leave right before I arrived. Dan remembered me right away, came out to my car and apologized (even though he didn’t need to!), and recommended another shop close by. Before I did, he offered me a warm cup of coffee and recommended I walk down a block to pick up The Reader since there would be a coupon for the other smog place he recommended. He truly went above and beyond and made my morning - and trip so much less stressful!!!"

"Just stopped in for a smog check, but I have to give high marks for integrity. The first day I stopped by, my car's computer hadn't reset from recent major repairs, so it wasn't ready for a valid smog diagnosis. Not only did they check that first (at no charge), they gave me good information on how best to drive my car to get the computer ready. Another SMOG station charged me up front, then told me the car couldn't be passed because of the computer problem. Frank's honesty makes me want to go back when I need more work."
