"Needed a tux last minute for a wedding and rather than rent one I decided to grow up and finally buy something nice for myself. Was hesitant to go to this store based on some previous reviews so just stopped by to have a quick look… I ended up chatting with Salma and she was absolutely amazing! She showed me some great stuff and was never pushy, she went above and beyond to get my size sent over from another store out of state in time for my event. When the tux came in she had my wife and toddler come into the big fancy dressing room for what felt like a whole “say yes to the dress” kinda thing. Can’t say that I like shopping but this was honestly pretty fun. Can’t recommend this store and Salma enough. Feels like I got the true Ralph Lauren experience. Oh and the tux is great."

"Garbage store. The manager of the store is someone to be a throwback. He was trying to act all sassy and important. In fact, I was laughing at his expressions. Then he started giving looks to this Junior associate because she was spending too much time with one customer. I feel bad for her and other staff working under him. lol What a joke of a service!"

"Oh well, I never thought I will have this low customer service in Ralph Lauren. It's my first time having such negative experience. This location is just awful and discriminating. I went there to purchase two t-shirts and sunglasses 500$ value all together. They refused me to pay in cash!!! Can you believe it? The service was so slow, they didn't have full inventory. I went to Macy's and they had all colors and sizes there. I purschased there in 5 min, spent in Ralph Lauren 30min and left d8ssapointed and w8lithout buying anything"

"This location twice refused to provide the military discount that all other Ralph Lauren stores give military members. I had to call Ralph Lauren corporate while at the store for them to finally provide it. The employees here will willfully overcharge you. I tried to inform them before having to spend a few minutes of my time on the phone. William, Julian, Mattie, and Shaun need to be better trained with Ralph Lauren policies."
