"Service was fine. But what the heck is up with your car wash? Took forever and my truck comes back and literally looks like someone just sprayed it with a hose. Still dirty and soaking wet. That made me think someone didn’t care to do a good job which makes me wonder what kind of effort they put into the actual servicing of my vehicle. Fix the car wash or get rid of it all together because it didn’t add anything to my experience, quite the opposite."

The glass and security add on they have for all their cars actually makes sense if you just ask questions as to why they provide it. Don’t listen to those negative reviews regarding it. I drove a very far distance and thankfully, I was in and out with the truck of my dreams. Im truly happy with my choice to drive over 3 hours to deal with premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad. "My wife and I went to Premier Chevrolet in Carlsbad to look at a used 2022 Camaro. I'd seen the vehicle online and Felipe reached out to us to answer our questions and setup an appointment for a test drive. When we got to the dealer Felipe already had the car pulled out and met us at the door. We went on a good test drive and he was able to point out all the unique features on the car as well as tell us a little about its history (it was originally sold and serviced by them). The sales manager Ramzy was also extremely helpful. At the end of the day we couldn't quite come to agreement on price although I felt their offer was fair - both for the Camaro and on our trade. My wife also fell in love with a 2024 Mustang we drove prior to going back to check out the Camaro for a second time. If you'd in the market for a new or used vehicle I'd highly recommend giving Felipe and Ramzy at Premier Chevrolet a chance. They were very transparent, fair, and professional. Both my wife and I appreciated working with them."
