"Very poor service, very disappointed with the wash. I had a hand wash and detail here on Feb 25th. I had given the attendant specific instructions for my car, and was told they would be done. They weren’t. Additionally, the car was still fairly dirty after the wash. It was clear that the hand wash was not worth the extra fee. In fact, no costs here seem to be worth it. To top off the rather subpar wash here, the staff was rude and seemed unwilling to make things better. I would give zero stars if able. I do not recommend going here. Go elsewhere and get a good wash and decent customer service."
"Worst service in North COunty. Worst car wash. Best to do it yourself. Slow slow slow. car does not come out clean. Plan on at least an hour for a car wash and no one cares about the slow and poor service, especially management. They are none existent."

When I came back and asked them to fix it, the manager Danny kicked me out of car Wash rudely and cancelled my account. I am customer who uses this carwash, gas and oil change for last 11+ years."
"Pulled into San Diego Car Care needing a fully synthetic oil for my BMW and was quoted $145. There was only one truck ahead of me and it was only going to take 20 minutes. However I was called away and didn't get my oil changed but I will be back. The price was average for the car and the service writer was pleasant. If I had not got called away. I would have finished getting my oil changed."
