"I left my wallet at home and the cashier refused to allow me to manually input my card information…my gas light is on… Then she also refuses to give me contact information to any management. The lady said her name was Sandy, not sure if I can believe her. This isn’t the first time I’ve had difficulty with her either."
"Used the car wash, couple of men were loitering inside. Once they saw a car pull in they moved out, but they still stood around. Didn't feel safe."

"I work in customer service and naturally I took note of some things and ended up with a horrible experience. On March 26,2017 at about 9:30am I filled up my gas tank, used the ATM inside the mile extra store. Upon my exit my children walked in and needed to use the restroom. The door was locked so we went to the counter where the clerk (Christine or Christina) was on the phone making a personal call, laughing away. The key was in our sight so I advised my daughter to take the key and the clerk at that point noticed I had the key and started to speak very rude and loudly specifying if I needed the men's restroom key too. I replied no and proceeded to the restroom, then the clerk stated "do you have a problem?" at that point an argument occurred due to the fact that I felt bullied and offended the way she spoke to me, especially in front of my children. I advised her that she was unprofessional and had poor customer service and she began to taunt me. I asked her to calm down and talk to me in a professional manner than she stated they are the owners and can speak to me however she would like to, and than at this point she refused my children the usage to the restroom and go across the street to Stater Bros. As my daughters ages 2 and 11 was saying Mommy I have to go to the bathroom really bad, I apologized to my daughters and we started to head to the car to go across the street for the bathroom the clerk than stated "BYE FELICA." I know this is a term many young people use now a days. I am 32 with 5 kids and have taught my children how to respect people no matter what. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service anywhere. I will definitely be contacting BBB as well as letting my family and friends know of the situation. I will for now on drive further down to get service elsewhere. IF THIS IS HOW PEOPLE ARE TREATED AT YOUR COMPANY LOCATIONS I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU GUYS ONE MORE CENT OF MY HARD WORKING INCOME..."
