The Owner Kevin, hosts Girl in The Garage on Hallmark, and he nor his Technicians take advantage of their female clients; they will give you the list of items which should be addressed, and give you a recommended or approximate time line of priorities ... so you can see what you can afford at the time without damaging the next ticket item. "We were visiting relatives in Mission Viejo and had a Groupon offer for transmission oil and filter change. It was a good deal compared to Honda of the Desert. Half price. So we call and make an appointment and informed them we have a Plugin Hybrid EV. Not a problem. We arrived and about an hour later we were told, "oops they didn't have the proper equipment.". Wasted an afternoon and we had to drive back to the Desert in rush hour traffic. Thankfully, Groupon refunded the money immediately. The people were pleasant but they demonstrate the ineptness too often found in these locals. Customer service should be a matter of pride."
