"Exceptional service but quality of work is 2/10. Edit: I came in Friday afternoon to get 2 shocks assembled. Big plus for being available and for a low price. However, the work was really unprofessional (took longer than I would have done myself, dropped my parts on the ground and damaging it, and assembling incorrectly and I had to correct it). The mechanic was nice and really helpful and the price was very affordable but again the work was not done up to par as other shops. I would recommend only to people who knows well about cars to work with the shop and keep an eye on the work being done. Not for people who have no idea about cars and just want something fixed; most likely the shop will mess something up."

"Had a lot of issues with my Mini Cooper countryman engine misfiring and engine error codes. It would randomly short out to half power. Went to the dealer and they gave me a quote for about $6000 to possibly fix the problem... then I brought it to Jay's. He actually explained what was wrong and fixed it a fraction of the cost. Jay knows what he's doing and he is the only person who touches my car now. The most knowledgeable mechanic in the area and will clearly explain the best solutions. Also has a super clean and comfortable waiting area. Jay's is the best!"
