"Recently got my Bolt EUV serviced here and the problem has not been fixed. That was already frustrating enough, but upon receiving my car back there was less than half the battery charge. I brought my car in with a full charge, I expect it to be returned to me with a full charge as whatever costs including driving the car for nearly 100 miles according to the odometer should be covered by Simpson Chevrolet as policy and not have to be demanded by the customer and then customer has to wait hours to receive that car back because they have inadequate slow chargers. They had 20 hours since they finished the service paperwork and I picked up the car which is plenty of time to charge the car. I really expect better service when it comes to EVs. I understand it's different with EVe, then policies need to change in order to give a decent customer experience. Hopefully John is able to provide better service in the future, as anybody who brought in a car with a full tank and was returned to them with a half a tank would be upset."

"Bought my truck here, good experience overall. Unfortunately, I can't take my truck here for service. I experienced a bait and switch situation with them today. I made an appointment at which time they confirmed the brake pads that were included in the coupon service. When I arrived I was strongly encouraged to use a different set of pads, costing about $280 more, removing the coupon from the equation. I was also told that the 2 year warranty written on the coupon was not valid. All I needed was the coupon deal that brought me there. Then I was told they don't have them and encouraged to resurface rotors and do the stock pads... mark up, mark up, mark up. Bait and switch. I don't like this business practice and feel it should be noted for others to understand. I won't be bringing my vehicle back to this service center."

"Have a 2018 Chevy Tahoe (50,484 miles). AC Condenser went out. Their words: A/C CONDENSOR + SEALS AND 0.82KG OF R134YF FREON, (FOUND LOW PRESSURES ON BOTH HIGH AND LOW SIDE, CHARGED SYSTEM AND USING UV LIGHT AND GLASSES FOUND A/C CONDENSOR LEAKING ON TOP LEFT CORNER Quote to fix was $1,584.14, and they tried to upsell me on another $1,100 worth of work including a transmission flush. Told me that if the transmission went out at 75,000 miles, they wouldn’t be liable. No opinions here, just facts."

"worst experience ever. went in for oil change and got talked into spending $2,200. i get my car back with dent and it dies the next day. take it in again and car returns with torn leather seat and they deny it all and dont repair but try to sell me a new seat at my expense. used to be chevy fan not anymore. ruined my trust in Chevrolet forever and this is at a dealership not random repair shop."
