"I went in this morning at 730a. I asked technician for oil change and change air filter, on. Toyota Tacioma well I got the oil change but no air fliter, later wen I gotten home I called the 866 number was transferred but no one answered so I hung up. The Service Manager called me back and apologized.. Its OK Toyota I put in the air filter myself. Would I refer Toyota to my family & friends? Probably NOT"
