Scott the lead mechanic has been with them since the beginning and always takes time to go over in detail any issues he came across as well as the repairs he completed. I've never had a followup issue with anything they have done. I've recommended them to numerous people over the years and they also had a great experience!"

"We just recently had a transmission replaced at super service and we got the three year warranty with it. Most companies if they had a problem would push you off and tell you it’s something else but not at super service. they stand behind their work and the parts, we had a problem with the first replacement of the transmission, but it didn’t stop Bob alongside Savanna getting another transmission to install getting me back on road quickly. It’s been about a month since the work was completed and the car is just like new. I was a first time customer then but now I’m a customer for life. Thanks to the mechanics and the great staff. "I recently paid my first visit to Super Service of Aliso Viejo as my 2010 Prius needed an oil change. I also wanted a general checkup and wasn’t surprised to find it needed a few more things done. I had just walked in but they were able to look after me right away. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and Don was kind enough to drive me home to wait in comfort while they did their work. They had to keep my car overnight while they got the correct battery then picked me up and took me back to the shop. This is a very much appreciated service! Everything is working great again and I thought it was done at a fair price. I will be returning for another little job soon. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend them!"
