"Pros: Drivers were very courteous and customer service was top notch. Cons: The incorrect car seat was installed on two of the rides (infant seat instead of toddler and the infant seat was not properly secured). This did not appear to be the fault of the driver or customer service, but they indicated that this was due to installation at the shop. Request is to improve training for the shop team to install the listed seat and also install correctly. I had to take 10-20 minutes to reinstall the seat both times."
