Moon Sun Sushi Asian Fusion-Temporarily closed

"Good food, friendly staff and clean. HOWEVER…this place is wildly deceiving!! First, they’re all you can eat option isn’t really all you can eat. You get 3 rounds. PERIOD. So if you order one item in the first round, that’s it. 1/3 or your all you can eat is done. Then the rolls are half size which effectively doubles the price. I asked the server about this. They just changed it recently so you get 4 pieces instead of 8 (see below…the is a full order). So go here if you want to flush your money away."

"Price = average / service = above average / cleanliness = above average / vibe = typical Asian, casual, wooden / management = above average / parking = plenty An unassuming AYCE sushi buffet with surprising quality based on the location that is above average. The sushi is well presented and tastes fresh. Moon Sun Sushi is worth visiting whether on or out of the way. Each piece of fish is beyond the size of the rice as good sushi should be and the mixtures of toppings works well with the many different pieces we ordered. I recommend ordering the variety of kitchen and sushi rolls. Inclusive of the order are a number of additional Asian and Thai orders that you do not find in other places. Although you get 1 per order of the premium AYCE, it is worth it given you get 3 kinds of toro sushi and a variety of sashimi as well. This is one of the best "bang for your buck" restaurants that you will find. In addition to the above, the staff is absolutely amazing, caring, and friendly as heck! Mia is a brilliant waitress working for a bright future. The entire restaurant is family owned and run with the most friendliest management you can find. This place is an absolute gem!"

"This place is a hidden gem. The sushi is fresh, it won’t open as you pick it like most sushi in LA. They have a great variety for the all you can eat sushi, the prices are affordable. "Came here for dinner on a Sunday night and was very pleased to see Sunday night football on the TVs . Very pretty restaurant, bright and welcoming. A great place for large parties.The staff was extremely friendly and even gave us a few apps to try on the house. We tried many things from the menu. Everything was really good and nicely plated. My favorites were the spicy tuna crispy rice, garlic noodles and Thai banana egg rolls with coconut ice cream! I can’t wait to go back and try new plates."
