"'07 Prius catalytic converter anti-theft shield purchased and installed here. Lowest price I found, out of several other shops offering the same service. Recommended new exhaust bushings, which made sense, being 14 year old rubber. Andy called me back later on to let me know the parts had arrived. He installed them free of charge. Then I noticed the catalytic converter was hitting the shield, so I took it back to have him look at it. He made some adjustments, found the noise to be gone, gave the car back. However, upon actually driving the car, I noticed the noise came back. Andy took the car for a test drive, found the problem, and wouldn't stop working on it till it was fixed. I offered to pay him for the extra work and parts he needed, but he declined. I'm grateful for Andy's careful attention to detail, and dedication to making sure the job was done well. He was professional, patient, and happy to help, every step of the process."

He's replaced my master and slave cylinder, cv boot, and countless oil changes and tune ups. Plus he keeps everything up to date per factory requirements with detailed records of every service.
