"Went to get my oil changed on Monday and went with a separate mechanic because there were issues with the temperature gage for the radiator. Was told at Jiffy on Monday that they had issue changing my oil, so I asked the new mechanic to check and he said that they had not drained the oil completely before changing it and it was all mixed in and they would have to redo the oil change and they also didn’t put the correct oil in the car. So now I have to pay to get everything redone on top of what I had already paid. They also said that they had to siphon it from the top, because there had been some damage to some nuts/screws, which made it unable for them to change the oil from the bottom. However, when I went to my usual mechanic, he noticed that these were recent, and he hadn’t seen them previously which meant it must’ve been at that location, which is why they were so eager to siphon it from the top, because they caused the damage. DO NOT GO HERE! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!"

"I brought in my truck and asked how much for the oil change. I was told $108 for full synthetic oil which would last for 8000 miles. I had a $20 coupon. After, the oil change my bill went up to $125 before coupon deduction and tax. I was charged $109.99 for full synthetic oil, extra quart of oil for $15.10 and $30 labor. I never had this kind of hidden charge nor add on with services at Walmart nor Volvaline or other places. The milleage only last only 6000 miles not 8000 miles as told. However, the service here is good. But I felt I am being ripped off. Honesty goes a long way. This experience will discourage me from coming back for future services."
