"Very disappointed about this place. I went there referred by another shop for smog related repair. He set an appointment for me for the folowing week. I couldn't make it on that day because I was in LA taking care of another car. But I called way ahead in morning to cancel. They set up another appointment for next Tuesday. I got there 45 minutes late because I slept over but I called when I woke up. Now I arrived in hurry and the owner Rick refused to work on my car. I have never seen place like this. They may have a lot of business. The worst they can do atleast to have me leave the car there and work on it as they can get to it. They had me wait for them for over a week and did not even take that to consideration."
