I then read reviews on the locations near me and I decided to choose this location. Despite seeing some negative reviews, the postive outweighed. I was able to get an appt 2 days after calling which I thought was great. Everyone was friendly when I came and walked me through the process. Super communicative during the process. I appreciate the text messages to let me know the status. The repair took longer than I would have liked it to, but they were very upfront and honest about how long it would take. They even finished a day early. My car door looks like there was never any damage and I couldnt be more happy. God forbid I need their service again but if I do, I'll definitely try them again."
