"Very disappointed with the parts department my father in law (he is older and retired on a fixed income just had cancer going through medical issues he can't write reviews and asked me to write this) bought a part that he paid over $500 dollars per his mechanic, it ended up being something else more expensive , he tried to return the part since the car ended up having bigger issues but the dealer said it was a special order, nobody mentioned or explained to him that it was a special order since it took the dealer one day to get the part he just imagined it was coming from another dealer not that it was special order please people read the fine print and ask questions so it doesn't happen to you you have been warned thanks"
