"I've been to this shop three times now and get great service every time. It's AAA certified, the guy at the front is knowledgeable and friendly, and takes the time to answer my questions. Prices are fair (they've come in lower than expected), and what I do is I drop off my car in the morning, go get some breakfast at Coco's then go to the South Bay Galleria for a bit, then pick up my car. The location also means that if I needed to, I could take the bus home or to work and back, which makes it convenient. They also take the time to diagnose issues correctly rather than doing quick fixes that don't actually fix anything (which I've experience elsewhere)."
