They explained in detail what my vehicle needed in order to extend and keep my vehicle running at its highest proficiency. There was no pressure and they included the current promotional discounts. "Last week we went in and they fixed the splash guard on my daughter’s car for free! She’s going back to college and driving 300+ miles by herself. I took it in today for oil change and had tires rotated, they replaced the filters that the dealer didn’t do 4 months ago. Plus they rotated and filled the tires another thing the dealer didn’t do.
