"Rip-off, can't trust! I called this shop today(12-16-2023) and asked how much it would cost to replace the catalytic converter, for Bank 1. He told me both should be replaced at the same time 'because when one goes the other follows'. I informed him the cat for Bank 2 was replaced TWO years ago. This one only went out recently(2023). He then quoted me a price of $2500 for the part! I know, for a fact, that part is-at most $1600. However, I've found it as low as $1267!!! I don't know what's going on with these so-called mechanics looking for opportunities to overcharge customers, but I'm not standing for it. If you can't feed your families earning money in an honest manner, then GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS."
