"I'm only posting because of my outrage over Nissan's support for their electric cars. You would think the original manufacturer of the modern electric car to have WORKING charge stations accessable to their car owners. They should have multiple CCM & CHADeMo charge stations as well as a comfortable and well stocked waiting area. To be fair - this a rant about all of the dealers, not just this location. I have been travelling up & down Cali and found this to be true with almost all of them. Advice - get rid of the ABB charge stations and replace with EVgo, charge point or electrify america. Do something decent for your customers and support them- because currently in my opinion- you don't."

"I usually don’t leave a negative review, but today’s experience was not good. They need some sort of checks on the cars and the services requested/given. My car stayed in the parking area for 45 mins and would have been longer if I hadn’t intervened. Apparently, on their system, the wrong car was being serviced under my name while I continued to wait. Disappointed in the delay, hopefully next time will be better."
