"I have used Tri-County twice now. The first time to replace an obscure window in the back of my camper van. The second time to replace the windshield with an OEM part. I attempted to have Ford fix it for me. After 3 calls and 45 minutes on the phone, Ford finally let me know they could order the part; but it would take 3 weeks and they couldn't do the install. Tri-county had the OEM windshield in two days and had it on in 1 afternoon. I chose to have them install a third-party vendor window for the tinted obscure window in the back of my van to save some money. It has been over a year with no problems. And, you could never tell that it was not a factory window."
