"I reviewed Jaguar Santa Barbara about 2 years ago and I'm pleased to say that nothing had changed. My salesman, Tony Clumeck was then, and still is now, responsive, polite and professional. There was no pressure from him at all. He answered every question and was honest with me about every request I made. I told him what I was looking for and he moved heaven and earth to find my car (which wasn't in their showroom) and bring it to the dealership for me within just a few days. The majority of the paperwork was handled by text or email leaving me with just the final documents to sign onsite.
